AROMA POWER :
Aromatherapy is an ancient tradition that uses oils extracted from plants and flowers to treat the mind, body and spirit. These oils enter the bloodstream via the skin within 20-70 minutes of application and are reputed to continue working for up to 12 hours. They also stimulate receptors in the nose which relay messages to the limbic system (the part of the brain that regulates the emotions).
