Crayon-Type Shadows

by admin on October 13, 2009

Crayon-type shadows should be very, very soft. If you hold the skin on the eyelid taut when you apply crayon shadows, you want to be certain that you don’t have to pull on the skin. You can test the crayon in the store by turning it in your fingers. Try it on your hand, and make sure you don’t have to pull at the skin.
