How To Ease A Sore Throat?

First, stop clearing your throat. It’s the worst thing you can do. Instead, suck  on  lozenges and keep sipping from a water bottle to keep saliva moving and the throat moistened. The amount you  drink doesn’t count as much as the frequency. Neck massage can help, especially with laryngitis, because throat muscles exert extra effort when the voice is strained. And most important, Throw away your toothbrush, or you’ll keep re-infecting yourself. Dental  experts usually suggest that you replace your brush every 3 months, but researchers also advise tossing it at the first sign of a sore throat, when you start to feel better, and again when you’re well.
