Surely weight can be controlled if it is a matter of concern to you and it must be if you have listed it as such you have to now take every measure to correct it. Be prepared for some serious self-discipline whether you want to loose weight or gain it can be done with self-discipline. You have to follow a suitable diet according to your desired body weight and follow it strictly. A strict diet program is the only way to shed or add pounds. Secondly you have to introduce an exercise program whether you join a gym or prefer to do your workouts at home or outdoors it does not matter as long as some form of regular physical activity is included apart from your day-to-day activities. Exercising is beneficial in every way, be it weight control, increasing blood circulation, toning your muscles and skin and in improving your general health and well being.
Tip: One of the topmost secrets in the world about anti aging is exercising regularly and making sure you get a good night’s sleep! Research has found out that it can make a person look 10 years younger than her his real age and improve your general health. Combine it with a proper diet and the results can be phenomenal. Increase your physical activity, it does not matter what you do. Whether you join the gym or decide to work out at Horne just make sure you get significant physical concentrated workout every day or at least 3 to 5 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes. If brown rice is unavailable in your area use unrefined rice, it has similar nutrients. There are no alternatives to working out and dieting to control your weight, so if you are over weight or underweight its no big secret how you can control it and bring it to the desired level. There are no shortcuts here follow this advice and you will achieve your goal and it will stay with you. You have to work diligently at it and you will reach your desired weight. Meet a qualified dietician if you can find one or simply follow a low carbohydrates and low fat diet. You should also include fruits vegetables, skimmed milk, fish and chicken in your diet. While you avoid the foods listed above, make sure you avoid processed foods and red meat. Take a multivitamin for a few days every month (about 2 weeks is ok but first check with your doctor if you can do that)
Tip: Avocados, Walnuts, Almonds, Caju nuts and dried figs are excellent skin foods. Eat. in moderation though!
Tip: Maintain a graceful posture while you walk, stand, sit etc and you will appear slimmer, regardless of what you measure or weigh. The quickest way to loose an inch or two from your waist is a good posture.
Choose clothes wisely and dress yourself in outfits and styles that give the illusion of perfect measurements. Remember light colors bring out and dark colors recede. You should leaf through popular magazines for tips regularly. Do not wear very loose long tops with the belief that they will make you look slimmer they don’t! Its deceptive they make you look like a’ sack of potatoes’ you must choose clothes with an elegant fit the right fabric and its texture, a suitable line cut and proper length.

Next take a look at your face what about it? What is the condition of your skin? Do you need improvement in this area? What is it that bothers you about your face? Nourish it from the inside out with a proper diet, keep it well hydrated drink lots of water, and treat it with appropriate creams/lotions and most importantly use a good sun protection lotion suitable to your skin type.
Cosmetics will camouflage some flaws But there is no such a thing as a hopeless case! There is a remedy to any skin flaw.

Take a look at your features what is it that you dislike? Maybe you are making a mountain out of a molehill and when you do that you draw attention of others to that part of your face, which otherwise no one would notice, is unattractive. So pay more attention to the features that are attractive play them up. Next take a look at your eyes, what do you think you need to do? Do you want to dramatize and/or highlight them and draw attention to them? You can use makeup to play them up or ‘make down’. What about your mouth? There is so much you can do with it! You can make use of cosmetics to add subtle color and shine to your mouth or just go bright loud and big! It is so easy to bring out this part of your face with a clever use of lip colors and for gloss.
Cosmetics can help greatly to create an illusion of facial perfection that’s what makeup artists know and do. Film stars and models have mastered this art use it to their advantage to make themselves appear as flawless as humanly possible. Every single woman can master this art if she so desires and I believe every woman should have a fair knowledge of the basic makeup construction and application. However what your makeup cannot camouflage fade or improve and your skin creams and treatments cannot help either, it is not the end of the road as yet there are other options, such a cosmetic surgery, laser treatments etc and we will look at that topic as we proceed. Another trick can be the way you use your Hair! It can make your less than perfect features if any less visible and draw attention to your pretty ones in one single shift of your locks and even a simple hair parting or hair do. Spend time in front of your mirror and experiment. The right hair cut and style helps greatly to make a dramatic change in your appearance.

Tip: Sometimes you can use your flaws (unless it is a disfiguring flaw) to actually give your’ face a unique charm. How can you do that? By simply accepting your flaw and not thinking about it too much. The trick is in being confident about it, and developing a sense of pride around it. Next you go about doing what you must to accentuate what is positive about your features. And down play the negative feature/ s. Don’t talk about your flaw or flaws to anyone, because when you talk about it you draw attention to that which you wish will go unnoticed. Most people don’t notice your flaws (most people have their own imperfections to deal with anyway, no one is completely perfect. ) when you talk about it, feel self conscious and embarrassed about it -is when people will notice your flaw. Do everything possible to camouflage or correct the imperfection, and then forget about it. Do not ever be embarrassed about your flaws. You are working on improving it and doing everything necessary to treat it or make it fade away.
Tip: Let your ‘flaw’ be your secret. Even develop a sense of humor around it. There are legendary beauties with many flaws and yet they are beautiful in many a beholder. Take for example Barbara Streisand her profile is unflattering and her nose is even worse! And yet she is looked at as one of the most beautiful woman of her time. It’s a perfect example of what a woman can do once she increases her definition of beauty, accepts her flaws lovingly and can even joke about it and knows how to convince herself and thus the rest of the world that she is a beautiful woman regardless.
Be grateful for everything you were born with, look after your face body and spirit, and you will be rewarded for all your efforts. Be grateful for all that you have in your life and make good use of it love yourself and realize how precious you are. Let contentment and well being be part of your existence because it will increase your self esteem and you will begin to feel real ‘Good’ about yourself flaws or no flaws. And when you feel good about yourself you are beautiful
