But despite all that, I could still be trying to sell you my own crackpot theory. Even a well-meant, deeply believed but nevertheless dubious, even dangerous theory.
Even the most intelligent people are gullible when it comes to diets. Wishful thinking too often prevails. It is exceedingly hard to recognize what’s rot and what’s not. Who to believe and who not to. That is why I must caution you even against believing me.
