Q. My husband has white granular deposits on his penis (inside the foreskin). The deposits accumulate and start paining. Then he takes them out by pulling the skin out and cleaning the area. Is it a harmful condition? He has to do so every three months or so. We are trying to have a child. Is this anything to worry about?
A. I think your husband has a collection of smegma, which needs to be cleaned every day while taking a bath, not once in three months. He should pull up his foreskin every day and wash it well with soap and water. It has nothing to do with your childbearing. You can have a child if everything else is fine.
